The Plan has been revised following the pre-submission consultation, taking into account the comments raised by residents, businesses, and official bodies before being submitted to City of York Council.

CYC will conduct a final, formal consultation where you will have another opportunity to comment, before putting the Plan to examination. This is will be done by an independent examiner with the aim of ensuring that the Plan complies with all relevant legislation and guidelines.
