• A pamphlet which gives a brief description of the Neighbourhood Plan. A paper copy of this pamphlet has been delivered to every dwelling and business in the Parish

• There is a letter from the Chairmen of the Parish Council and the Neighbourhood Plan Working Party to businesses

• There is also a letter from the Chairmen to residents

Following this period of consultation, the Plan will be revised, where relevant, to take account of responses received from residents, businesses, and official bodies before being submitted to City of York Council. They will conduct a final, formal consultation where you will have another opportunity to comment, before putting the Plan to examination. This is conducted by an independent examiner with the aim of ensuring that the Plan complies with all relevant legislation and guidelines.
